At Jazz Auto Parts, we understand that situations can be unpredictable, and you may sometimes need to cancel an order. We've got you covered! You are free to cancel your order anytime before receiving our formal order confirmation.

Once an order is verified, it cannot be canceled because we prioritize quick and efficient service, processing orders rapidly to ensure that your car parts reach you as soon as possible.

Please note our order processing schedule over the weekends. Orders placed between Friday at 5 PM EST (2 PM PST) and Monday at 9 AM EST (6 AM PST) cannot be canceled. We strive to process and prepare orders for shipping over the weekend to minimize wait times and ensure prompt delivery.

This policy is in place to help ensure that whether you're ordering a part for a quick repair or stocking up on essentials, your items will arrive quickly and efficiently.

Return Policy

At Jazz Auto Parts, we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and services. We understand that ensuring customer satisfaction means offering a robust return policy.

We value the trust you place in us when making a purchase, and we have a thorough process to address any issues you may have with your order. For most of our products, our policy allows for authorized returns within 90 calendar days from the date the customer receives the product. This includes product lines like Kool Vue, Replacement, Bolton Premiere, Evan Fischer, Garage Pro, StyleLine, N-Dure, Auto Trust, 4WD Pros, and Item Auto.

To facilitate a smooth return process, all returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all parts and pieces from the initial shipment. Items that are incorrectly assembled, mounted, or damaged due to user error are not eligible for return.

Please note that Jazz Auto Parts does not take responsibility for additional expenses resulting from the installation or use of incorrect or defective parts. This includes any labor costs, installation fees, towing charges, repair costs, or rental car expenses. We recommend verifying that all parts are correct and in good condition before starting any installations.

As part of our commitment to excellent service, we encourage you to inspect all packages immediately upon receipt for any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If you receive a damaged item, please refuse the delivery and ask the carrier to return it to the sender. We cannot accept responsibility for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 90 calendar days, regardless of the cause.

Please be aware that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages; all claims must be directed to the shipping provider. Our return policy is designed to provide you with a seamless experience and ensure your satisfaction with our products.

If your shipment arrives with damaged or incorrect items, please repackage the item(s) in the original shipping container and follow our Return Procedure below.

Return Procedure

Upon receiving your order, we ask that you thoroughly inspect the shipment for any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If you find a damaged or wrong item, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of our warehouse receiving the returned products. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive a "credit approved" email once your refund is finalized. Please note that it may take 1–7 business days for your bank to reflect the credit in your account.
